I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Erasmus University Medical Center, as part of the Adams Lab for Precision Epidemiology. Originally trained in molecular biology (Loyola University Chicago '09), I received a master's degree in Epidemiology (Erasmus University Rotterdam '13) and a PhD in molecular epidemiology (Harvard University '18). Part of my current research includes the population-based stem cell induction for complex diseases and large-scale experimentation (POPSICLE) project. Through this project, I utilize research techniques and methodologies from cell biology, genetics, and epidemiology with the overall aim to develop a robust and reliable framework for induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) models for population-based studies.
